Why should I provide information about my income? When do I need a residence permit? Where are the best places for an expat to live?  Am I safe in the Netherlands?  Do I need to speak Dutch?  Why don’t you provide information on size? (m2)  At what price are there offers available for 2+ persons? Are all the apartments on the website really available? What is the income requirement?

Are all apartments on the website really available?

 The listings on the site aren’t updated every day. Sometimes viewings are already scheduled, or a (pre-) agreement has been reached. Properties will be removed from our site if a rental agreement is signed and/or keys are transferred or if the landlord informs us this way.
