Terms and conditions of RandstadWonen BV are registered at the Haarlem Chamber of Commerce in Dutch writing and as such comply with the Dutch law. This English translation has been made for convenience purposes only and if arguments arise the original Dutch version will prevail.

Article 4 - Cancellation

Principal is entitled to cancel a work order before supplier has succeeded its activities. Cancellation must be in writing to supplier within 14 days after signing the contract. Principal will compensate supplier as follows:

assessment of case but no approval to proceed and no work performed – No fee.
assessment provided, approval to move forward with case, link to online presentation provided
– 50 % of quoted fee with a minimum of €500,-
assessment provided, approval to move forward with case, link to online presentation provided, viewings arranged by supplier, potential tenant presented to principal and negotiated on behalf of principal – 100 % of quoted fee.
