Advantage of this type of housing that you generally don't need a residence permit and are very flexible to move as rental contracts tent to have just one months notice. Price range generally from approx 350,- up to 650,- - Social housing:
Independent housing with a bare rent up to € 710,68 (2016). This type of housing is allways in short supply on the market. - Free market:
Independent housing with a bare rent above € 710,68 (2016)
