A term applied to rentals that at least share 1 of the basic facilities such as : toilet – bathroom –kitchen. This type of housing is often found in (old) cities . Often no residence permit license is needed to rent one . A rental like this can be quite decent and nice and offer a solution to home seekers ineligible for a residence permit. They can be found both furnished and unfurnished.
